Now that she is 19 years old and she is always at the gym pumping weights, her clothes have become too tight. What does she have to say about the weight gain? There was an article i read where it said that in some countries their government has approved false real food. Where the foods such as (eggs,lettuce, rice) are made with edible ingredients but ARE NOT real food. It all started in China to help with little food resources due to population and famine and now has migrated to third world countries and are not telling the people of those countries what theyre doing. Be blessed and stay aware.

Milan I was skinny like you! I tried everything, gym, overeating etc. But don't worry girl, once you meet the love of your life, you will gain minimum 20 pounds! So weird. Once I met my fiance, I magically gained 20 pounds EASY. Apparently love does that to a person!
