- Greetings fellow tapesheads! In this video, I will be hunting a new selection of thrift stores and a antique mall (flea market) in search of those sweet, sweet VHS tapes that we all love and treasure.

Theres a Restore Habitat for Humanity store that has vhs tapes for .50 each. I bought a Blues Clues vhs and sold it for $5.95. I hope we go there tomorrow. Also make sure the right tape is in right cover. I did get a vhs tape there and the sound was really bad on it and threw it away.

You VHS hunters would've loved the local shop we had. They sold cassettes, dvd, bluray, cds, game systems, video games and books. Unfortunately they closed because there was a family emergency. I went there at least once a week.

@@talesfromthetape It really was. It started out as selling antique furniture then they started selling other stuff. I bought most of my books there.

I had forgotten about Iceman. Great movie. You found a lot of good stuff. I don't Gleaming the Cube ever got a DVD release but I could be wrong.
Thanks! I think it got a basic dvd release but I’m not sure if it ever got a good Blu-ray.

@@talesfromthetape I have found over the years that titanic sort of is an inside joke with us collectors, when it first came out we were kind of annoyed by how many Copies they manufactured over the years it is kind of hilarious that that one title keeps popping up everywhere. Everyone seems to call up the rarest title as an inside joke. Non-collectors don’t seem to get it it’s quite funny when you’re out in public and you make a comment. Keep up the good work I quite enjoy watching your channel.
Some solid pick ups, I'm not a horror fan, but love anything Van Damme, Seagal, Arnold, Stallone and love Canon films.
Your lucky you have got lots of choice in your charity shops, over here in the UK we have zero VHS, about 30 dvds to pick from. Most of my buys are from eBay.

Yes those were crazy cheap deals. Most of the larger thrift stores (goodwill) around here sell for $1 per tape.

I still buying vhs tapes offline for 10 dollars plus I get my cleaning tapes for 10 dollars everything proven on images

Phones proven it doesn't last longer then VHS tapes does specially every 2 years updated phone's again yet everything proven vhs don't have to be updated specially they going continue playing with out no problem's no matter what broken vhs tape it's fixable with Scotch tape it starts playing again with out no problem's now VCR players itself proven it stops playing tapes because that mode switche in VCR players cause problem in time because it's dirty need cleaning every now and then everything when that mode switch gets clean out everything starts working again with out no problem's
