Simple Tilapia Fish Recipe with Sweet and Sour Pineapple Sauce

Coating material
- 7 tablespoons wheat flour
- 8 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
- sufficient cooking oil, for frying
Other ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 small tomatoes
- 3 red chilies
- 1 spring onion / spring onion
- 8 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 500 ml of water
- 10 tablespoons tomato sauce
- enough oil, for frying
