From the AI videos I've seen from you, it seems like the engines get their advantages not from winning material, but by trapping it. Very interesting and i think players will start to pick up on this idea more intentionally

Out of the winning games that you've shown with Torch, I feel like Torch often has long term master plans to win, and deep ideas. Often winning by deliberately restricting the opponent's play for a while. Stockfish seems to lack deep ideas to win, but rather programmed to play safety-first chess, but somehow stumble on its own lack of winning instinct. Nice.

The first game, a bishop next to a king in the corner against rooks and knights is actually super hard to play against. Obviously not impossible but it limits the options and you can see the attempts a mile away.

I think it is worth noting that in these tournaments the computers play dozens to hundreds of games. So one win with white is not that surprising. I think the title and video is slightly misleading since 1 win is not enough to say that torch "crushed" stockfish. Stockfish is actually leading the tournament at the time of writing this comment.
