The instructions are really clear. Usually I struggle to understand what's going on but in your videos the movements are very steady. Thanks for the beautiful pattern
You are without a doubt my favorite knitting tutorial channel. The clear instructions, the absence of useless chatter and annoying music, the diverse amount of stiches to choose from....just perfect! Thank you x
Thank you for the great and wonderful patterns , I have learned a lot from your TH-cam patterns. I am also a knitter from Kenya . God bless you richly for sharing your talents .
Hello, This is my second video I'm watching from you. I'm sold. You are an excellent teacher and lovvvvvvvvvvvvve your knitting. I've just subscribed. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
This is such a lovely stitch so I thought I would use it as a hem border for a baby but using 4 ply doesn't really bring out the pattern or is it just my knitting? I am a tight knitter. Thank you for all these beautiful patterns and you make it so easy to learn.
Thank-you for this pattern. I can see several new projects that I will use this in the border... Row 5 would be knit across again to get back to RS of pattern right? Happy New Year and thanks again....
Pattern for border. 1.bp.blogspot.com/-TFGy_Xpgux8/VKIfsGQ6hWI/AAAAAAAAHrk/EO_gcA2f0NE/s1600/IMG_3373.jpg + Cast on multiple of 6 sts + 1. Row 1 - Wrong side: Knit 1, * (knit the next stitch wrapping the yarn 3 times around the needle) 5 times, Knit 1; repeat from * to end. Row 2 - Right side: Purl 1, * flower stitch; purl 1; repeat from * to end. Row 3: Knit. + Next rows: Stockinette stitch. + Ending project. Begins with a right side row: Knit. Then repeat rows 1-2. Bind off.
This is so pretty! I wonder if you could knit it as a lace edging to appliqué onto a project? Thanks for showing how to make this, I think it'll look lovely with my trellis scarf. :)
Can you use this pattern for a scarf where you just have the flowers on the two bottom edges of the scarf (the edges that hang down) and then the rest of the scarf be a plain stitch? Sort of similar to how people put ribbing on the beginning and ending edges of a scarf?
Wait. I don’t get what’s multiple of 6 + 1 the multiple of 6, should we pick any number to multiply by 6? For example, I pick 4. 4x 6 + 1 = 25. I appreciate if you can clear my doubts :)
How do you bind off the edges of the flower? Is it the same as regular bind off?I'm planning to do this in my project (scarf, cowl, hat etc.... as Christmas gift. Thank you

Hello, If your still interested(after 3 years) :) ... As long as you have a multiple of six stitch it will work. (36,42,48,54 ect...) I did it :)
AWESOME!
Will the edge roll over?
You can cast on a multiple of 6 sts + 1, + edge sts as you wish.
so sweet
Thanks!

Wow, a flower figurine that looks like a piece of string is monotonous and beautiful.
