Having worked with everyone from the Beatles to Michael Jackson, Quincy has done it all and accomplished it all. In the Black music community, Quincy was regarded as an almost God-like figure and hero to an entire generation of song-writers, producers and artist who would give their right arm to work with him. RIP TO THE MAESTRO QUINCY JONES.

Rest in Peace Quincy Jones 😭 🙏🏾 🕊️. Thank you for all the great music 🎵🎶, wonderful memorable moments and memories you've given us from God🌹❤️ and will sincerely be missed. I have his records. I grew up listening 🎧🎶 to his wonderful music as a conductor, conceiver, composer, introducer, arranger and producer with a collaboration of many, many, many, many jazz greats such as Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Patti Austin, Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Sarah Vaughn, George Benson r&b soul singers such as Siedah Garrett, Chaka Khan, James Ingram, Michael Jackson and a group of singers of a church choir and watching ⌚ him on TV shows and movies as a director.

RIP QUINCY JONES - the soundtrack to my childhood As a music enthusiast during the 1980s. I can attest to the profound impact Quincy Jones had on the music industry and the arts. His exceptional talent was undeniable and continues to influence the soundscape of music from that era to the present day. While there is a celebration for his contributions to sound, there may be various narratives emerging. there are some scandalous Situations rumored to have happened behind the scenes that may emerge... Quincy himself has said some things to fuel the fire. But *his reputation of being a musical maverick is priceless* despite anything that may come out or resurface.
RIH Q! Thanks for your many stellar contributions to the music world. Whether it's R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Pop. What a heckuva life this guy had. Imagine being a music executive at age 28, you are Black and the year is 1961....three years *before* the Civil Rights Act made it illegal to race discriminate in hiring. *Imagine how alone he must have felt at client meetings, trade shows and corporate parties* . He also was clearly an accomplished ladies man; his exes are like a who's who of top models from the 1960s to the 1990s. Obviously his greatest public legacy is his music and impact upon music. However, for me, I'm most impressed by the fact that *all seven of his children, by various mothers---some wives, others from affairs---spoke highly of him about their love for him and his for them* To me that speaks more about him as a man than anything else.
