    Well, I am home, and I am so ready for a cozy, autumnal afternoon. Join me as I prepare my table for the new season and settle in for a labour-of-love bake which is well worth the effort. If the smell of cinnamon spice and the feel of cozy jumpers could be a vlog, this would be it!
    I've listed the ingredients and recipe for these SCRUMPTIOUS Apple Cinnamon Rolls below, if you bake-along do let me know in the comments below!

    Apple Cinnamon Rolls
    TOOLS REQUIRED
    - Mixer
    - Mixing Bowl (Greased)
    - Cake Tin (Greased)
    INGREDIENTS
    - 1 cup warm milk
    - 4 tbsp milk
    - 550g all purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
    - 200g + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
    - 120g + 85g unsalted butter (cubed, at room temperature)
    - 1.5 tbsp active yeast
    - 2 eggs
    - 220g apples (roughly two medium sized apples)
    - Cinnamon
    - Salted Caramel Icing
    - 100g icing sugar
    RECIPE
    Add the warm milk, active yeast and 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar into a bowl, and whisk together. Leave to stand for 5 minutes to let the yeast do its magic.
    Whilst that stands, you can prep the other ingredients in individual bowls.
    Next, start mixing your yeast mixture on medium speed, then one ingredient at a time, add in another 100g sugar, the cubed butter and the two eggs.
    Once combined, add your flour cup by cup.
    Once all the flour is absorbed, keep mixing for 2-3 minutes.
    Dust your surface with flour and grease your bowl ready for the dough.
    Knead your dough for 5 minutes.
    Pop your dough in your greased bowl and lightly cover with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and leave to rise at room temperature for two hours, or until it has doubled in size.
    Peel and chop your apples.
    Roll your dough into a even-thickness rectangle.
    Evenly spread the 85g of butter on top of your dough.
    Sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon on top of the butter.
    Then sprinke the chopped apples on top of the sugar and cinnamon.
    Tightly roll the dough into a lovely long cinnamon log.
    Cut your log into thick, even parts.
    Place the rolls into your greased cake tin. Start with the outer layer.
    Cling film and leave for another 45 minutes.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
    Ten minutes in, create a tent with aluminium foil to prevent burning.
    Whisk 2 tbsp of milk, 2 tbsp of salted caramel icing, and a dash of vanilla extract into your icing sugar.
    Take your rolls out the oven and let them cool slightly.
    Remove them from your tin and continue to cool.
    Then drizzle over your icing and ENJOY.
