You all asked for it so here it is , The Freyja meditation without the Waterfall.
This meditation was created to focus on Freyja , The Norse Goddess associated with magick who was also Vanir which are Gods associated mostly with nature and creation. She represents perfect Divine Feminine energy that is not just felt by females but males also. She has her own hall where the battle slain warriors will go to find peace.

I was pregnant with twin girls and wanted to name one Freya, I told my husband he could pick which girl got which name. He picked the smallest girl who the doctors warned us might not make it, and she has been fierce and brave and is growing into a wonderful girl with a bit of a mysterious and contemplative side.

Honestly lost all my family over the years my kids are grown my parents are gone.... my health is abused by m.s and believe Me if I could be gone I would be. But my slavic and Norse ancestors are keeping me here and giving the strength needed.

@eric15024 Same here, brother. Lost all family and friendships; sickness brought me to the streets, close to death more than 7 times, 7 cold winters, etc. I'm on my feet now, health is improving. Keep heart! The thoughts can be observed from a distance; let the miserable ones pass by and consciously choose new ones. When my heart is racing out of control and I lay paralysed unable to move with no-one around to help me, I smile and wait for myself to recover. You can do it!
I named my daughter Freyja , i have dark hair and so does her mother yet she was born with blonde hair .. she is kind yet has a fiery temper .. years later my sister did a dna ancestry test , turns out my family is 17% scandinavian .. now it all makes sence!

I have brown hair everywhere but the sides burns and the sides of my mustache and layers in my beard are red . I looked up and it said I carry a gene to possibly pass on red hair to my kids. It was a gene thing. Maybe that will help you a bit. I got a DNA test after only knowing I was French and native. Found out I was over 40 percent Scots irish

Almost my entire family's (uncles, aunts, cousins, grandma, grandpa etc) hair and color of eyes are brown and I was born blonde with green eyes 🤷🏼♀️
It's easy to forget how much noise there is in my mind. Takes something like this to remember how to quiet things down.

Find a peaceful spot, scream and swing your arms in the air if you have to... eventually if you stay there long enough, even through rain, you will become one with your surroundings. I was sad and sleeping when i heard this. I felt like an angel was comforting me, protecting me.
Men who have abused my gender on evil drugs will only get a cold shoulder from them now.
Listening to this with earbuds outside gazing at the stars while smoking is the most mind numbing thing I've found, I sat there for 30 mins straight and just gazed at the stars and the abyss of space and after a while you gain a new appreciation for nature as a whole🌌

I'm currently visiting my grandma. She lives in Spanish Fork Utah, one the largest Icelandic settlement outside of Ireland during the 1800s. The mountainous region causes strong winds which mimick icelands. Thus, the Icelandic immigrants were likely to feel more at home here. I listen to this and feel connected to my heritage. I hope to visit the homeland someday, but for now, Spanish Fork is the closest I can get

This is like the sound of Heaven, that calm peace amongst troubled waters, the stillness of the Vanir amongst the groves they grant beauty to.
I love my ancestry, history, race and culture so much. I often wish the old gods were real and not myth and stories.
No matter what, nature will always have a calming effect. The trees just standing there, no movement, just enjoying the breeze. What a peaceful way to exist in this world

My Cat, named Freya, is entranced. She has never paid any attention to my other music. She is not an ordinary animal. She can talk to me and she can understand, (when she feels like it) what I am telling her.

As a Norwegian, I go through my mundane life, wistfully happy, smiling at everyone to let them know we all reside in the safest corner of the world. Everyday I go to work, I then go home. There is an imbedded structure in my life I've been conditioned to by a modern society. But with a grain of nerve that passes with the wind I know I have the inherent ability to go barbaric on my neighbour. Scandinavians are still vikings, fooled to think we are civilised.

This sounds like ancient Egyptian temple worship music sung by the priestesses of the gods. One can picture these beautiful women chanting in their fine sheer linen garments adorned with gold jewelry, burning incense to the gods. Very atmospheric.

I'm a CSA survivor, embracing my sexuality ever since what happened to me has been a life long struggle, but recently, I started working with Freya more as a part of my practice as a Norse Pagan. I have never once in my life experienced some of the healing she has given me, I cannot stress enough how much she has helped me in this regard. Parts of it are a bit too, yk, for TH-cam, but she's shown me something I've struggled to realize for years: It's ok to feel loved. It's ok to feel desire.
Thank you, lady of love and lust, magic and war, thank you for giving me this. Thank you for helping me to see the fact that love and desire doesn't have to be this evil irreconcilable thing with me. Thank you for giving me a piece of myself that I needed to be whole.
