It is amazing how welcoming and friendly people are as you travel from place to place. I am American. We could learn a lot about treating everyone we meet as fellow human beings from these people. Thank you for sharing. I hope your leg heals quickly!
This is so natural and raw, and Me and my family love every second of the vlog. The Burmese people are so beautifully pure and innocent, and of course, they love to welcome not just a foreigner but other ethnicity of their own people to their home too. Thank you for sharing this with us. Much love! Subscribed!! ❤
i think cycling is the best way of travel..its not only makes you healthy but at the same time keep the environment clean by not using a gas..its probably cost very little but still required a very serious precautions..cheers !
Yeah it is very liberating and immersive. If you have food and water you can basically go anywhere. And experiencing every metre along the way (and not rushing past looking through a window) is amazing.
very much enjoyed the personal feel of the camera, as if i'm just quietly listening in to conversation in the same room. They're all so worried about you, so cute.
The Karen shirt looks good on you!! 🎉 always love seeing other people wearing our Karen traditional clothing. Have a safe trip! Thank you for sharing your experience with us! 💪🏻
Damnnnn, the video is really underrated. You should get more viewers. Bro, I cannot stop smiling throughout the whole video. Thanks for coming to Myanmar, and keep up the good job. Now I am a 18 year old girl, pursuing my university, and of course, if I have a chance, I would like to make videos like this. I am really inspired by you, Mark. :)
@@BudgieEscapee Nowadays you should not go anywhere like this, Every place in Myanmar is threatening wars, it's not safe anywhere, even though Myanmar and it's people are beautiful, most of tourists avoid there, it might be a tourist attraction place if the crisis not happened , warmly Welcome back if the wars over, Pray for Myanmar
You can pronounce the Mon State capital as "Maw - la- meen" ?(Moulmein) that was the "Anglo-cised" British Colonial name back when Myanmar (Burma) was a former British Colony, if you find "Mawlamyine" difficult to pronounce. I hope you keep safe on your journey and take care! Thank you for visiting Myanmar despite the fact currently our country is currently in total devastation (civil war) and on the brink of collapse. 😊😇😃
Thanks. I'd prefer to call it Mawlamyine...I just struggled a bit in the video because I was getting so tired...it was a BIG day 😅 It is horrible knowing the country I saw and people I met are suffering so much again. I hope there will be a resolution soon.
It is actually not "short bread" that is cultivated from toddy palm (found in SE Asia) tree the sugar similar to Jaggery Sugar and turned into a type of sugary confectionery similar like Asian "chocolates" but in Myanmar (Ter Nyet). Hope you enjoyed it :) ❤
I went to Yangon. Then I started riding north...but it was on the way to Hinthada that I had the knee problem. I returned to Yangon and stayed there until my knee healed. So I actually didn't see much of Myanmar overall. I can't wait to return to see more.
@@shinthanthpone5183 I woke up very early and rode up while it was dark, before anyone was awake (except for the monks walking up the mountain), so there was no one around at the barricades. But if you're asking how because it's a big mountain: slowly and with a bit of pain 😅
I like watching cycling vlog. May I say you alittle. Your camera is very shaking. It is very dizzy for me. It is inconvenient to watch. You should turn your camera more view site than your face. We all Myanmar people are the most hospitality. It may be inconvenient for you. Don't think it's very rude for you. May I request to know about our behavior friendship. Thanks for the advice! I found nearly everyone welcoming and friendly. A couple of negative I interactions, but you get that everythere. Overall I absolutely loved Myanmar and l look forward to returning.
