USP of GN is Greenery ❤️ but I observed that yaha ke sectors mai Shops bahut kam hai aur jo hai bhi bas kam chalau hai. I think Delhi ki treh GN authority ko bhi kuch sectors dedicate karne chaiye *local market* ke liye..Aaj bhi GN se Sarojini nagar, Lajpat nagar ya shadi ki shopping ke liye Chandni chowk jana padhtha hai.

I am reviewing all videos and trying to visit gr noida, noida ext, yamuna express way region(but it is quite far from my delhi region which is in preet vihar). Pls do suggest I am looking to buy 150 to 250 sq mt plot for my personal living . I am looking for green locality , openess and nearby basic amenities, metro station walking distance or within 1 km., Residents colony where service class or working people, or retired people.

Completion means you have got completion certificate from authority, now authority will not impose any penalty on owner. In simple words you construct temporary 2 rooms to escape from penalty.
