Thanks for the ideas. I use a pallet breaker bar...it slips between the wood slats over the runners...lean it back and boards pop off! I can break one up on sight under 5 minutes usually...then I can remove the hardware to avoid damaging tools.
I don't let the lack of something stop me, I built my wife a post bed from large pallets,4x4 stuff, with a chain saw( sharp) if you want the burnt wood look,use a full chain,ha!.. I tell young folks you can do anything with anything...(Where applicable) Remember, happy wife, Happy Life!! Ha! .. have a great day folks!!
Where would you say is the best place to sell these types of things. I want to start doing these simple projects on my down time in the winter and don't really have any time in the Spring/Summer months to go to fairs etc.
That would be a cool idea, the only problem i see is you would be able to see the plywood backer on the sides, if you could find a way to hide that it would be a great idea

You mean vinegar rack right? Wine racks support the bottles on their sides with an optional slight front slope to keep the cork submerged which prevents the wine from becoming vinegar.

Been doing it wrong I have made the pallet runners into 2x2s or just cutting out the 2x4 sections, you have shown me a different way to use them.
