Thanks!! Not often I manage to keep it going over winter but with the prices of things I've been putting in the effort this year lol

The old blokes would sprinkle a generous row of lime each side of the onion seedlings. So do I😂

Thanks for the feedback & suggestion! I've done a few videos of my weekly grocery shop where I do a montage at the end of the dinners I made over the course of the week if that's of interest - will link the latest one :) recipes mentioned in that video are linked in the video description th-cam.com/video/tRlFJ3sC45w/w-d-xo.html

Yay thank you, will have a watch. Also love your bread and bread bun recipes which I use weekly. I divide the buns mixture into 24 little buns as have three young kids. It works so well every time.

My onion tip is to grow green onions/scallions, I can't kill them

Did you grow kumara? I've had great success with kumara this year. Just picking it as I need it as shifted the pots away from frosts.
Had great success with onions this year too. Still using home grown. Did nothing fancy, just planted the seedlings, fed and watered.

Oh no but I was thinking about planting kumara - good plan!

I'll have to watch this later, but curious to know if you are applying copper to your garden?

No I never have, but still very much in the learning process myself so will have a look into this if it's beneficial!
