Should be #1 video for ALL newbs! We need more technique videos that really explain things, like maybe do a shifting video. Narrate when your shifting. Say "2nd" "3rd" " break down 2nd" yada yada. I think that would be a fantastic vid! Great video!

Thanks for sharing these videos with us. I'm really glad to see Mason showing interest again because he definitely has some talent.
Also another tip to help hold on to the bike with your legs is to put your toes in to the bike so your heels are facing outwards. It helps so much with the grip
