Firstly, Carl and Simon, I must highlight that labeling your statement as "stupid" would be an understatement. Not only is it stupid it’s arrogant coming from three men who cannot achieve in two lifetimes what he has accomplished. Simon Your lack of humility is evident and detracts from any credibility you may have had. It is both disappointing and perplexing to witness you referring to yourself as a "pundit." Such a title implies a level of expertise and wisdom, which, regrettably, is completely misplaced in your case. To call you one is to ascribe genius to a fool, it would be an insult to the true geniuses of this world. I urge you to reflect upon the impact of your words and reconsider the manner in which you express your opinions. It is essential to engage in thoughtful dialogue that promotes constructive discussions rather than resorting to arrogance and baseless claims. Same for you Carl… what did Aj do to you or your family!
He will be known, at least by his own, for his entire career, his whole record, with ups and downs, victories and failures. Anybody that CHOOSES to remember him for anything less or deliberetly downplays his contribution to the sport of boxing to selected fights where he looked at his worst is obviously being dishonest and will be exposed for it. when he put Britain on the HW map these same type of folks were quick to claim him.suddenly that wave of succes is irrelivant now. tfoh thats how they always treat their black athletes as disposeables
Always the victim. Fury put us back on the heavyweight map by beating Klitschko. Joshua was supported massively by the UK, from amateur to professional. How did he repay those who supported him ? By promoting anti-white racism. Which of course you and the media over look.
Boxing fans know who the better fighter/champion was - Froch might like the sound of his own voice, but he is a hall-of-fame fighter. His resume is quite exceptional.

Seems like a pretty good legacy to me.
Wow....Carl Froch is a jealous dude who is not settling into retirement well....as far AJ's legacy is concerned, he has a decent one with wins over a fresh D Whyte, a fresh J Parker, a smashing win over Charles Martin who has put in stellar performances, his nail in the coffin defeat of Vlad at Wembley, only the 2nd man to KO Povetkin, slightly delayed KO of Pulev--but it was Covid and he was ring rusty...AJ had a good run. If the fat Mexican was such an easy fight, why didn't Wilder or Fury box him? Make a statement.....AJ is far from done, hopefully when he retires he will retain more dignity than Carl Froch.
This discussion is ill-founded in the first place as Aj is still an active fighter. His legacy will be determined when he is retired. As of right now, his record is not HOF yet which is understandable. It will be unfair to assess his legacy when he is still fighting

The level of Wilder's opps have been of a much much lesser standard compared to AJs opps..... This has made Wilder look like some really skilled dangerous guy and better than AJ etc ect... This is total horse shit. Yes he has a punch, But dosnt every heavyweight ?
Wilder arguably lost all 3 to Fury, and was losing both times to Ortiz until he caught him. So whenever wilder has stepped up and fought a opp with a pulse he has lost. and Ortiz barely had a pulse tbh and wilder still struggled.

Against Usyk yes he should have gone for it but he still boxed extremely well against literally the best all round boxer above welterweight. He wasn't embarassed. Against Franklin he put on a clinic and barely got touched. All he needs now is to regain a tiny bit of the aggresion he once had but this time knowing when to use it and he's gonna be unstoppable.
