    Could you please tell why does the alarm light keep blinking every 5 seconds when the ignition is not turned on? Some information on that mysterious light would be very helpful. Thanks!

      Hey Protkarsh, that is pretty standard for all bikes and cars as well. From what I know that is the immobiliser light and I’m thinking it is on for 2 reasons, one as a deterrent, second is to keep the battery healthy. What I’ve read somewhere on the internet a while ago for cars and also bikes, it is healthy for the battery to have one small consumer connected to it to help keep the battery healthy… that’s all I can say about it.

    Its NOT the oil temp. It s the coolant temp.

      Good point. Looks like I’ve mixed the 2 up.

    My triumph 675 R 2013 have tmps but it doesnt let me change or look what pressure i have in the display? Im pretty sure i could see that before

      @aussiegeekrider  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Do you see “PSI” written on the display? If you do, it will only show you the numbers once your bike moves with 20km/h or 12mph.
      If you don’t see “PSI”, try putting the bike in the 1st gear. In neutral you can set the pressure units psi or bar. Also can have the ignition button on or off, you get different options based of the state of the button. Good luck

      @@icebjorn7453 it should work as above if you’re 100% sure you have the sensors TPS sensors installed on your bike. They came with my bike, but not sure it is a standard feature with all R 2013 bikes.

    Does 2012 have the gas gage ?

    • @aussiegeekrider
      @aussiegeekrider  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. Looking at this site, seems to be the same as in my video, on the digital display, far right that black line. www.motorcycle.com/manufacturer/triumph/2012-triumph-speed-triple-r-review-91245.html

      as far as I know the 2012 doesn't have a gas gauge on the right side of the digital part yet, just the warning light when your range drops below 50km. the digital increment column was added with the 2013 "facelift"

    do you know if the tachometer is suppose to be dimly lit on the right ?

    • @aussiegeekrider
      @aussiegeekrider  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine always been like that. I’m thinking it’s to do with the white numbers 1 to 12 looking brighter in the video and after 12 they go red so don’t look as bright.
