Hi Dr. Centeno, I wanted to ask what would be a reasonable expectation for the same day stem cell procedure for a 45 year old male with mild-to-medium oesteoarthritis? I know all circumstances and outcomes are different. But could I possibly return to running a few times a week, squatting (my own body weight only), and playing basketball? And also important: how long would the positive results last?
