Yeah... Not really PvE friendly that's for sure. Most PvE players aren't interested in PvP at all. They want to have the player interactions with friendly players and just want to enjoy the survival part of the games rather than shooting other players. There is enough Zombies and Animals to shoot without killing other players. The best PvPvE server layout is one that the map has a large PvE zone. For example all of the "A" row at the bottom of the map or maybe A4, A3, B4, B3 designated as PvE only and the PvP players can have the rest. The only problem then would be spawning outside of the PvE zone and getting killed on the way there. Maybe the Re-Spawn system on Death could be introduced into New Player spawn location aswel. That way a New Player to a server could choose to spawn in a PvE or PvP zone to begin with ;)
Giving that much control to server owners kinda worries me. I mean? What if a server that you got used to has to go offline? what if admins suddenly makes it to be unbalanced? what will it be the standard experience for newcomers? But that's just me, I find it hard to join a server and feel like maining it with no worries.
you can putt gas in a bottle yes but not from canisters only at gasstations and you cant even fill a vehicle with a bottle of gasoline amd crowbar only works on the locked cabinets in policestations and airdrops etc its useless for raiding
Hey. I just logged in on the server. I have a question. If I claim the door in the added "safe zone" town and put lock in them that means it cannot be picked? I am looking for a PVP + No raid server.

concerning PVE vs PVP: Sorry, but no. The game is a survival game with pvp/pve elements. Primary is survival. From the game design document included in the supporter pack: "SCUM is a next-generation story-driven survival game with SP, MP and COOP survival options." Also, per the game devs, at least a quarter of the game population plays single player. No disrespect intended to you personally, but the common misconception with this game is that it is a pvp game. That is incorrect. Granted, many of the popular servers are pvp and geared towards COD style gameplay, but that was not the intent of the game per their own documentation. Also, just like Raykit pointed out, those high pop pvp droner servers are bad for the game and the community as a whole. It has turned the pvp community very toxic. It discourages new players from staying with the game. Enjoy your content. Keep up the good work.

@@lewmaca not really, with the console commands you can make it really fun. Mecs or no mecs. Adjust the amount and type of loot and the zombie amounts. I tryed multi player like years ago and got bad taste in my mouth because of other players. I just wanna have fun and build stuff.

well dayz was pretty much arma but survival. So not really.
personally not a fan of the whole prisoner thing, but the systems in the game is outstanding

Yes. Bases in safe zones cannot be lock picked
