My husband and I work out together but we do a moderate amount of cycle syncing. A lot of the information I found addressed luteal phase as one whole. Over time we came to know that 9-10 days before my period I would have a tank in energy, then I would hit an upswing, and then crash about 5 days before my period. This patterns has been clockwork since we started cycle syncing and this definitely explains why!

Again, super informative. The effort you put in the video, like the structure and the edits makes it easy to watch and to understand. I am currently cycle cyncing and it feels so good! Heading towards my luteal phase in a week or so. Now I know how I can adjust my workouts accordingly! Thanks, Omega! Greetings from The Netherlands

Hahaha! Thanks Kirby. That’s either our ficus (that we brought back from the dead) or our corn plant that was from my grandmother. We love our plants around here!! Thanks for tuning into my channel! ❤️❤️❤️

@@CycleCoachAcademy this was ALOT of helpful information. Maybe breaking it down in short videos will make it easier to digest like tik tok style shorts (they be like “Like for part 2”)!? Also one thing I’ve been really researching with my cycle is what to eat and NOT to eat according to what phase I’m in. That may be a great topic to hear pros like you elaborate on!

So would walking + pilates be a good rec 4-5 days out from period?

Like I said in the video, you have to really base the late luteal phase workout programming on bio-individuality. For some people, anaerobic workout are best. For others aerobic exercise like walking and pilates work perfectly...while for others they can go for runs. It really needs to be based on the individual. Have you downloaded my cyclical assessment yet?
