    36 weeks here and a first time mom. I was also diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. Then normal naman na siya after a month of monitoring my sugar kaso sobrang namamanas ako kaya pinag early leave ako ng Doctor ko kasi dahil daw sa gestational hypertension kaya ako namamanas ng sobra. Oatmeal+Milk kinakain ko sa umaga at gabi then half rice sa lunch. Then, nag exercise, yoga, and tinataas ko paa ko every day. Di pa din nawawala pananamas ko pero normal naman yung dugo at sugar ko. I pray na normal delivery pa din si baby. Nakakarelieve na mapanuod ang videos mo mommy ruth. At least alam ko di ako nag-iisa. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences.     Hello momsh..thankyou for sharing ur meal plan for Gestational diabetes..if you dont mind momsh whats the results sa labs mo na na diagnosed ka for GD? If youre diagnosed with GD need ba talaga mag insulin??

      Im diabetic at this time. Kaya carbs could have killed me or my baby.

      You just have to cut down your carbs intake not totally rid of it!you need carbs especially in your third trimester. If you deprived yourself totally of this important energy source, your body will start ketosis which is more harmful for you and your baby. Dont spread wrong information.

      @@iampusheen2024 everyone's case is different kaya nga always follow your dietitian and doctors advice. Mine was approved and monitored by my dietitian she said my energy comes from sugar from vegetable and fruits. I have mild diabetes that is diet controlled that's why its important i cut carbs . For those taking other meds iba case nila. Grabe maka accuse spreading wrong info. You are the one doing that.
