My personnel rating. 1-Poor, 10- best. Sorry but it’s maybe a 4. Time is off. Potatoes and carrots pretty well raw and stated from viewer in remarks. Ribs not cooked long enough. Pry meat off the bone with teeth. Sauce had taste but not enough. Hard for 🇨🇦 to get ribs as thick as yours. European I take it. With this being said I do and truly do appreciate your time and effort in doing this. But I tried a few and most of your recipes just don’t fall into my total likings personally. But that’s me and family. Again thanks and please don’t take offence.

Look like regular ribs it's just the way they are cut.

They are pork ribs. They are cut thicker.
