They could have written everything and let her finish. Or just removed the sarcasm from their feedback. They were in the same position when they were rookies and are supposed to be veterans with delivery..shouldn’t they know better? She’s going through this on tv too
I get that they have more experience n are trying to help. But they need to humiliate her? I mean- omg…if I were her, I’d cry instantly. The part where the lady says: “I don’t watch ur news” is tooo harsh.
That’s why, a lot of young people are stressed n get depressed nowadays. There r better ways to help someone than humiliate them. Honestly? She must be old n have more experience but she’s def not qualified to advice someone, that’s not even called advices…that’s called humiliation.
This did not feel contructive. They should've just let her do a run through and written any feedback/ points they want to raise in the meanwhile and do a review at the end. But, also they were coming across very passive-aggressive, maybe they went through similar things with their seniors considering the stereotypical korean work culture, but it's unfortunate that they are not taking the steps to improve it.
Be scolded now and you'll be better in the future. As you know, the seniors were also like you in the past. No need to cry or run away. Its positive feedbacks.
oh my lord I get that it's hard for women to rise up in any industry especially a field like news announcers where it's highly competitive in SK but goddamn is she micromanaging the HELL out of her, like there's no need to sit next to her during a separate job??
Good job Park Myungsoo for voice out the frustration I felt watching her senior micromanage everything.
I mean, they are being constructive and clear. But 4 of them at the same time? Who wouldn’t be stressed 😂😂😂
