Heard this on the very first episode of Tokyo Ghoul and I had to find it. For some reason, it makes me think of the day I met my girlfriend almost three years ago at the restaurant where she worked. Hot summer day, played some mini golf with friends, and we decided to go to a steakhouse for lunch. A bit after sitting down, I noticed a really pretty waitress talking with two other workers. You have no idea how giddy I got when I saw her walk up to our table. She was our server that day. I never got a waitress' number before, but my friends wrote down my number on a napkin, since I was too bashful. We've been together two years. I hope we will be together for many, many more. Sorry for the sappy love story. I know this composition will hit differently for most. But to me, it sounds intimate, romantic, and really meaningful.
2021 and we’re all here wishing for the same thing lol. Something makes me think that it’ll never happen because Tokyo ghoul is so cerebral, psychological, and personal that I wonder if it could ever be adapted and actually capture the essence of what the story is. Sufferents, if you don’t know him, has a good video that comments on whether a story like this is even adaptable in an animated form. At the very least, we could get an adaptation thats at least faithful to the story unlike what we’ve received previously.

Why did it end? Tokyo ghoul is MY FAVORITE ANIME and I couldn’t I can’t and will not change it with another anime, this anime is different than the others it’s something special, until it ends and you don’t know what to do anymore and you wanted it to last forever.... Yo creo que Yutaka yamada hizo mejores ost en Root A, y no me malinterpreteis, pero aunque no fuera canonico, pa mi Root A fue la mejor temporada de tokyo ghoul, tanto en animacion como en OST y sobre todo, dejar ver a kaneki como si fuera el mismo el protagonista de la serie por EL MISMO, que no lo fuera por mero guion y ya.
Tienes mucha razon broo pero para mi yutaka en todas las temporadas hizo buenos ost . Solo que lo que falto fue buena animación las 2 temporadas de :RE y mejor adaptación al manga o incluso poner más episodios . De haber sido asi tokyo ghoul pudo ser el mejor anime de 2018.
estoy deacuerdo solo con lo de los ost, por lo demas Root A es horrible, tanto en su ejecucion como en como destruyen todo lo que kaneki es como personaje, Aunque Sui Ishida querria que Root A fuera diferente al manga los de pierort decidieron ignorarlo y mezclar el guion que hizo con cosas del manga, por lo cual Root A es un desproposito que no tiene sentido

Concuerdo, root a en mi opinión estuvo bueno, tanto por su ost y animación, tokyo ghoul re pudo haber sido mejor, pero su ost lo completa
