So Racer X (Formerly Rex Speed) faked his own death and had surgery to change his identity. All to go deep undercover and foil the blight ruining the racing world!

Marc D should be put into the next tourney he got haunted too much this race and is a hardcore beast of a driver who technically qualified twice.

It's fitting that the only reason he got knocked out was because of the eventual champion's driving. Only a car of that caliber can eliminate Marc D
The first car set the fastest lap but could not qualify in his group. But since he was the fastest, he returned with another car later on.
Both fast, a shame he lost for the slowest qualifying car of this group cmon

OK WHAT. THIS IS CINEMA. THERE'S SO MUCH TO UNPACK HERE.
1. The fact that every race had a chaotic wreck, to the point where someone actually fell into the water.
2. The outrageous amount of coincidences surrounding McClyde.
3. Basically Lady of Speed and Speed Force V2 with the huge upset of the #1 and #16 seed.
this has "cursed" written all over it, but I want more.
This was completely bonkers, what a wild ride! Schotty proved he wasn’t out of it yet with some clever driving amidst the carnage!
Schotty definitely has a schot at the championships bow that he has McClyde behind him. It's an 'Angels in the outfield' situation, i tell ya.
He finished every race without incident

I thought all the good writers were on strike? Absolutely brilliant commentary and story line for this one. Can't believe Mark D came in dead last after setting the course record. Being fast doesn't mean you know how to race out there when things get dicey.

Marc D threw to the sea under the bridge and that yellow Pontiac crushed the spectators are the most epic in KOTM this year!

I really like this racing course, the japanese neon buildings, the parking lot, the bridge. They are blending together really well.

Sadly, my Delorean never ran properly after being wiped out and over in race two in this format.
I have to say, cheers for amending the track in the new series, and truly giving the racers a go, and restoring the meaning, of KOTM.
The way I see it is having DeeZaster Jakk in the race, to me it felt like a Bad Omen, McClyde may have played a part (Race in Peace McClyde) but with a name like DeeZaster Jakk, one can expect to see some destruction/chaos if you ask me. It could just be a coincidence I suppose but I feel like Jakk had some influence here

Not gonna lie, I burst out laughing when the safety crew hit a spectator with the car. This has been by far the craziest race I have seen. Even crazier than the Mustang tournament.
Schotty is proof being last can make you a winner.
He had the lowest weight:time ratio and was dead last in my predictions but slow and steady did the trick for him.
To finish first, first you must finish.
Schotty is proof that if you drive a ford, Mcclyde approves.
Schotty proved in qualifying round that he is consistent, so he keeps on doing his job

If you look close enough at 1:27, you'll see that DeeZaster's car skid to the right very unnaturally, causing him to over correct and slam into the spectators. Some supernatural forces are clearly at play here

@@kingjester564 he could also get another car in the next prelims. Cars can only compete once. Drivers can compete multiple times I believe.
There's clearly an otherworldly presence dominating the control of this race. Hopefully, McClyde has been appeased. And he can truly race in peace.

At least the dog's ok. A lesson for all of you new (and old) diecast fans out there: In diecast street racing, consistency and luck usually trump speed.
By far my favorite race yet! Had me busting out laughing the entire time. Sucks for Marc D, how many KotM's is that in a row where the overall #1 doesn't make it out of the first round??

Well since Race City is in Japan, and Japan is an earthquake prone country due to it sits in the Pacific Ring of Fire(3DBotMaker is from California and it's also sits in the PRoF)...The said building might have earthquake-proof underneath.

Fatality button is amazing. Also as a safety feature you need to add catchfence to the entrance of the parking garage. It will prevent further scary wrecks.

Yes it was! 3D says the races you see are how they happen. No re-runs or changing the order for dramatic impact. It's important for the audience to know that this is unmanipulated racing. That's why some races are a little dull because racing, like life, isn't always crashes and passes. But sometimes - well, you saw what happened today. :)
