If you make the Den into a bedroom, the 1/2 bath will need to be converted into a 3/4 bath. I think there was another model similar to this where the 3/4 bath wasn't on suite so it could be shared with the den if it was converted to a bathroom, as well as having the 1/2 bath so basically it could double also as a second guest bathroom.
That model would probably be more functional but I wouldn’t mind the bar in the den!

@@jackgraham1687 Yes mountain views pool really don't care if I cannot see the strip. Pool would be nice, looking for something without HOA fees preferably. Not sure what the cost psqft is for the area. We have a very large house in Virginia and looking to down grade once we retire. Keep in mind we are 7000 sqft looking for our next home to be 3000 to 4000 sqft.
@@jarraddavenport6166 I just moved back to Las Vegas after living in VA for 6 months! Beautiful place! For the pricing, It depends on the location. When you are ready, I will be glad to help out. It depends on the location you are looking to buy. In this location you will probably look at something around $200 per sq foot. How is Skye Canyon community? Is it as good as Summerlin?
Not sure how to answer that. Many people say it’s a beautiful community, but there are pros and cons to both so it’s a personal preference
Toll Brothers alway seem to offer great homes, prices are steep. They often offer several options in their model homes that are not available to home buyers which makes the process frustrating. Their designed team is exceptional and they offer a great product, again the prices are over the top. However I alway enjoy the home tours.

How come the homes you shoe are 1 to 3 years old. What good is that if a person is looking to buy in Vegas. You know the prices have gone up. Show new developments in new homes to buy.

Why does the bathroom not have a window. I just don't understand why they can't put a window in the bathroom.
I like Toll Brothers. But there are so many stuff they put in their model homes that is not even an option for buyers. Their price point is also a bit higher than most.
They do have some nice upgrades though!
