Join my friend Gary C and I aboard the Disney Magic for a three night Disney Magic at Sea Staycation cruise in a one bedroom concierge suite.
This one of a kind sailing was a new offering by Disney Cruise Line in the summer of 2021. This cruise experience includes some modified health and safety procedures, limited interactions, reduced capacity and no ports of call in-light of the UK emerging from the coronavirus pandemic. With this in mind, please note our cruise experience may differ to your own.

In today's vlog we awake in our One Bedroom Concierge Suite aboard the Disney Magic and make our way up to Cabanas for a breakfast buffet. It's then on to the Oceaneer's Club for a quick look at some of the youth activity spaces onboard.
Gary and I then meet Chip and Dale as Thor and Loki in the Walt Disney Theatre and take a pleasant stroll around the promenade on Deck 4 before a little chill session by the pool with 'dole whip' and a Pina Colava.
For lunch we pick up some Chicken Shwarma from the Duck-in Diner and retreat to the quiet comforts of the concierge lounge on deck 10. We then head to the shops on deck 4 for some retail therapy! There we share a tour of some of the merchandise on offer during these sailings and pick up some souvineirs for ourselves.
We pop back to the room for a little recoup before I then make my way to the Senses Spa for a Deep Tissue Massage. Gary takes control of the vlog whilst he draws a Disney character and meets Donald and Daisy. I then give you a review of the Senses Spa massage experience this time. I paid $109.00 (+tip) for a 50 minute deep tissue massage with a $50.00 discount from the birthday voucher left in our stateroom upon embarkation.
Before Tangled: The Musical in the Walt Disney Theatre at 5pm, we enjoy a lovely afternoon tea in the Concierge Lounge (one of the trip highlights). After the show we pop to the Concierge sun deck for a pre-dinner cocktail. We then take a little stroll around the top deck whilst the sun is setting before our second seating meal at Rapunzel's Royal Table. As the menu wasn't exactly to our liking, we return to our stateroom/suite for some room service treats and an earlier night.

I don’t usually comment on videos but I thought I had to let you know that me and my mum watch your vlogs together and she absolutely started wetting herself at Gary after the pre-dinner drinks with the rolls shifting and the dancing (I’m not sure whether he was starting to feel the double or whether that’s just Gary 😂), honestly she was wiping tears from her eyes and she said she wants to go for a drink with you two, so that offers always on the table! 😂😂 thanks for spreading joy as always

From the bottom of my heart to the top of my soul I must thank you two! You are two beautiful individuals who have gotten me through tough times in the recent years. When I’ve been down your videos have lifted me up. When I needed courage to be authentic self, you’ve shown me that it’s ok. When I feel insecure or uncomfortable you’ve shown me that it’s human, and that the feeling can pass. You’re sunlight in these times of overcast, and for that I’m very grateful. Thanks Gentlemen for all you do.
My daughter was laughing so hard when Adam got his new suitcase and was modelling it, we had to watch it 4 times!!!

Sweet. I’ve not long returned from a Disney staycation with my darling grandchildren, I cried several times and I’m not ashamed.
Although my video is nowhere near this quality I’m glad I made my video, it’s a great way to keep memories fresh.
Day two just as much fun as day one, you and Gary together are, dare I say it like Lucy and Ethel. I always laugh and sometimes cry and enjoy your videos. I think you have created a monster Gary looks very much at home in his fancy robe and slippers.
Did not know how much I needed to hear Gary saying “join me now”! These are giving me all the feels and I was way too happy for Adam getting that suitcase! 😂
There is no going back once you experience concierge level service🙂 We only stay concierge level at Disney...makes days so much easier. You can grab a "bite of something" all day long and that helps when you have teens/kids and are in between meals and taking breaks. And the Disney Cast Members are exceptional, they really take the time to get to know you and your preferences. Best example was my 9-year-old niece wrote a little thank you letter to a Concierge Cast Member that fixed her magic band (didn't work on the room door). When we got back to our room that evening, the Cast Member had written her a full page letter back with all kinds of info and things that she should do. It made her trip! And that is only one of many, many things over the years!
Once you do concierge, you don’t go back. We splurged a couple years ago and glad we did. Concierge makes us feel we are in First Class accommodations in the old world sailing experience. It’s ever so posh.
I liked the quiet of the lounge more thanm anything. It was nice to chillout in there with a cup of tea :)
Our evening is set aside to watch! Can’t wait. You guys could sit down and eat PB and J and we would watch but I sure am excited to see you on day two of your cruise! I wish they would do staycations in Canada!!!

Me and my boyfriend just got back off this yesterday and we’re originally skeptical as we thought it’d not feel the same but wow what a relief that we went it was really like we were in Disney 😅it’s safe to say on the last day I was sobbing all morning because I didn’t want to leave 😂so this vlog coming out today is curing my Disney blues 💞

These two saved my lockdown to be honest. Love them both very much, they are great together. Specially when they bounce off eachother.

My husband and I did a 7 night cruise on the Fantasy in a concierge one bedroom suite and it was absolutely divine. It was a huge splurge only made possible by the honeymoon registry we did for our wedding (and our very generous friends and family) but you are absolutely right, it was perfect for a relaxing and romantic honeymoon!

I’m so glad your found the mercy selection weak too. I was on the cruise directly before yours & I didn’t end up buying anything, wanted pins/spirit jersey & for sure a couple of the animators palette knives but it was just empty. You were definitely luckier than us with the weather. So glad you had the same reaction to us when you got on board!

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who cries while experiencing Disney! My husband and I were at Disney World in October of 2019 and I'm not ashamed to say that I had tears in my eyes as soon as we boarded the plane.

Honestly your new vlogs couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I’ve watched all of your vlogs Adam and Gary and this series is helping me so much because my darling dad passed away in may and I’m heartbroken. Watching your vlogs has made me giggle and I honestly could watch your vlogs all day long. Gary, concierge life definitely suits you and Adam I’m so glad you treated yourself to the beautiful suitcase. Life is too short not to treat yourself. I'm all about the "treat yourself" mantra. After my trip to Japan got cancelled in March 2020 (including Tokyo Disney), I treated myself to a pricey Away suitcase in purple, my favourite colour. The suitcase and I will get to Japan at some point!

I'm boarding an Alaskan cruise next week. 100% vaccinated, 100% pre-tested. I will feel pretty comfortable if there's not a mask requirement in some areas. I fully expect masks will be required at port calls, I'm OK with that, also. Honestly, as I have a public facing job, I think I shall feel safer on board than I do at work.
