I couldn't get one today, idk if it was bugged yesterday or not
from what I observed it's just a random drop from any enemy and cannot be target farmed (elites drop something else - I mean the yellow ones)
I farmed this mission and elite are dropping some other stuff. Don't think this farm works anymore
