IMO with Underworld's own remixes of their tracks, the "subtitle" is the actual name. So IMO this track should be referred to as "Relentless Legs"... especially since it has almost nothing in common with the original song. It's the same with tracks like "Tin There", "Burts", "Deep Pan" and "Deep Arch".
