I mean pointy stick technically a tier 1 technology. Yes we can find it naturally but to be a somewhat reliable you gotta sharpen it with a sharp rock. And the rock throwing too, rock throwing is tier 1 or higher depends on how big and how fast the rock is.
That's actually a cool story idea. Alien race comes across humans on a supposed paradise planet. Assumes they're weak cause 'why would you need to be strong to live there?' Gets absolutely annihilated
Whats funny is Graddok's people would probably continue to serve in the law enforcement sector, based on this story humans would just be too strong so odds are they would harm people unintentionally pretty often, so humans would probably take on the role of the military sector.

@@calvingreene90 Right, let me put it this way. Crushrock's home planet is a class 5 Deathworld, while Earth is classified as a Class 18 Deathworld, meaning earth is over three times more dangerous than the cradle world of the only other Deathworld species in that Alliance. Hell, if 2.75 times earth gravity causes him to crumple, it’s likely that 1 standard earth G is likely twice as high as most Alliance planets, and is likely considered dangerously high gravity for most sentient species, and would likely cause Crushrock to feel much heavier when compared to his own planet.

Poor guy, you're over three times below on Homeworld danger rating, didn't the fact that they're casually doing the running drills at 2.75 human gravs, and feel ×3 their home grav on breaking orbit, tell you that there's not gonna be any competition at all?
It is a fictitious scale, but yeah, most cap it at class 12 (a lot also use class 4, out of 10 on a logarithmic scale). This author 'apparently' needed to scale up the humans so we could run at 2.75g and just shrug it off. Inferring Galactic Standard gravity must be less than 1g.
@@stevedixon921 It’s also likely that in this author's HFY universe, humans have been raised in higher gravity than normal, leading to them being able to function with some minor difficulty at three times standard earth gravity. I mean there are people who already can function in such gravity, if you look at the history of the Strongmen sport, which requires them to train up their bodies to be able to both lift and hold an extreme amount of weight above their heads, which would carry over quite well to a high gravity environment.

That and Construction, If Gravity is lighter then the materials would be lighter too, wouldn't need machines, just use the Humans.

Calling the race from a Class 18 Deathworld competition? Buddy thinks there’s competition, that’s cute.

Hey, a story where Terra isn't the only death world a sentient race has come from
Greetings, Mentlegent!
For the Rhyhtm that is Algo
Humans: Hey, a friend!
Musculous: Oh crap.
I really hope somebody turns this into a series
Looking atbthe the fairly thick welcome booklet he said, "Nope."
Sounds pretty human to me 🙂
Well written and really funny!
Competition? its a Class 5 vs a Class 18, thats not a competition....
Another great narration

If they are talking Earth G the ability to stand much less run is doubtful at 3 Gs.
Galactic standard G's maybe?
Why? 420lb people can stand, move, and run... It's just that (extremely) much more work to someone who's 140lb in 1G.
