- When I think FLAMENCO, this particular performence of Eva La Yerbabuena is the first to pop up in my mind. Eva is the other First Lady of Flamenco. I've already posted this dance, but it was an incomplete clip found on the Web, missing 71 seconds. This is the full version as shown on Spanish TV.

A los doce años yo bailaba como la mas grande Carmen Amaya. Flamenco de verdad. Eva también pero mi mirada estaba en seguir a Amaya, esas vueltas en redondo casi como serpiente, esas manos y zapateo con movimento de vestido y sentimiento . Superconcentración.
QUE INCREIBLEEE..todavia habrá oportunidad para bailar asi?? o empezaste desde muy chica Eva??. Contagias las ganas de bailar así....

@x109256 actually it's not... it's the most pure representation of the andalusian folclore mixed with gipsy traditions, it's classy now, but it started as popular folclore and though is very classic it hasn't lost its popular origins and charm

Poprzednim razem Seniorita przyrównałem Twoje kroki do dźwięku karabinu KBKAK kałasznikow. Wiem, wiem młody byłem i głupi, ale cóż... Przejdźmy jednak do konkretów, oglądając historyczne urywki filmów z lat 60, naktknąłem się na bardzo dziwne zjawisko u panów tańczących Farrucę. Ponieważ w ich krokach nie ma tego temperamentu, który Pani posiada. Sądząc po ubraniach tych gwiazdorów estradowych i ikon kultury Flame powinni (ci lovelasi) tańczyć w balecie. A można wiedzieć ile byczków Pani już przegoniła i przestraszyła? Ta czerwona sukienka, którą Seniorita zadziera do góry i na boki doskonale wkomponowałaby się do Farruki.
