Why Lawyer Defending Pooja if Summons not Issued?? If she is innocent why not facing CB, why hidden her face for inquiry. CB must now hand their Summon through this Lawyer as he Defends Pooja knowing her well. Even after if she don't appear then, she must be issued Non Bail arrest as Kejriwal was Arrested.
