There are many old southern Indian (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada) movies based on Classical dance styles like Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohini aatam etc., and also movies based on Carnatic classical music (Southern Indian classical music). Just that after he new millenium people's taste change dramatically. And therefore we do not see such type of movies often now.
