bro, what rank is enough for shipyard deployment? i 'm rank 18 have skill, i max deployment duration upgraded but just have 48 second deployment time

I think rank 18 should be good enough. As long as you have your construction speed and deployment duration maxed and you boost gold construction, you'll be able to construct a shipyard within deployment
