I think one disadvantage is common bore for 10 villas. Clubhouse is a formality as 3k sft is very small size .
Saurabh ji, looks like you are not convinced with the price, me neither as its no where close to affordable 🙂.. It looks like the prices are just hiked for no reason. I would rather invest in a open plot in that area.

This is a very nice project...visited personally..small community and pollution free...they are giving for possession ontime too..affordable..
Ground water is polluted as they were lot of factories earlier.
