I still have the original AX10 Scorpion clear body and decal sheet, it was my first crawler.

Nice job on the video! You've created a nice documentary of the evolution of the 1/10 crawler. I think one important brand you did leave out is Vaterra. It was a really nice product with some innovative features not seen on other crawlers of the time. Also, the Redcat Gen 7 uses flat frame rails rather than C-channel. Will there be a Part III to your series?

Thanks for your support, I am doing some more research on the brands mentioned in the comments, and will strongly consider a part III😅

I really enjoyed watching this, thanks for putting these episodes together! I'm back in the RC hobby only since 2019, so I don't know all the history behind, but I agree that crawlers are a valuable part of the RC hobby. I have one 10th scale crawler, Element Gatekeeper, and a couple minis, so not a big thing for me, but often nice with the option to drive slower, and technical.

Thanks man👍 I have saw others do RC history videos, but nobody did a RC crawler video, so I try to create one for RC crawlers. I like playing with RC crawlers is that you are not limited to racing track, you can go anywhere you like to enjoy this hobby 😁

Thanks for your support!! You are lucky, when I first started this hobby, there is only 1/10 scale crawlers, but now a days there are so many other options to choose from, hope you will continue to enjoy this hobby, happy crawling!!😁

Pretty sure axial was first with a 6x6 also. The 6x6 Unimog was out before the TRX6

Thanks for your information, I double checked, you are right 👍 Axial was the first to launch the 6x6 Unimog, I will put a remark in the description

Great history lesson. You forgot about vanquish tho. Vanquish is also a well known and huge brand in crawling.

No mention of the Wraith...the first Rock Racer? Btw Tamiya had the first Scale Crawler in 1981 with the Hilux 4x4 Pick Up.

I can’t BEREEVE there isn’t any mention of Vanquish RC Products, they were the first to give us the axles and transmission we all love. The VFD and offset front axles, not to mention the VS4-10 chassis was and still is leaps and bounds ahead of all the other manufacturers out there. When it comes to RC rock crawrers, Vanquish is King. Josh? Matt? Can you bereeve this guy?😂🤣😂🤣
