如果你是聽教練講就已經懂了的人
當然會覺得傑夫的補充很多餘
但也可能有人聽完教練講解還有些不明白

是的 只是名詞不一樣，有些人叫拉高調或拉加轉或羅賴普，接地氣ㄧ點的阿伯都叫鳥球或小便球😂😂😂

高吊跟前衝都是弧圈球，都是利用旋轉達到上台的目的，效果稍有不同，如果是顆粒，就不是弧圈打法
