  • The Peugeot 3008 GT Sport is the small/mid-size (depending on who you ask) SUV that not enough people know about. It's a really good European entry-level luxury.

    Just purchased a 2022 3008GT 2.0L diesel. (exDemo). The 2.0Ldiesel is the best engine by far and it is a proven engine over time. My car has full leather electric seats and the 18" wheels (that's surprising- thought it might have 19" wheels) Just a note, 2022 is the last year for the 2.0 diesel engine.

    Bit late doing a review on this modal, new model soon end 2023 /2024, Owned one for about for about 18 months, when I watch reviews I disagree with the comments on sat nav it's very good indeed, you get used to the information centre but it's still a bit long winded. In the UK the reviewed is only 8k cheaper than the top range highbrid 4 wheel drive 300 bhp.

      I'm at the mercy of the car companies as to when I get cars for review, and there have been a lot of supply issues to Australia in the last couple of years, so we can be a little behind. Hopefully I'll get the new model to review soon after it is released. Thanks for watching!

    Hi, not a bad review, my partner and I have this model, ie. 3008 GT Sport, and have had it since Jan 2023 and now clocked up almost 22,000km, now Aug 2023, and I essentially agree with this review. I love the car except for one detail, I don't like the Stop-Start system at all, BUT, you can deactivate it by pressing the centre piano key, select Driving Functions and select OFF for the Stop Start ... only other problem is every time the engine is turned off, it resets to ON, so I now automatically turn it OFF every time I start the engine. The reason I don't like it when ON, is there are times when a momentary pause in driving, for traffic or whatever and then immediately requiring acceleration, there's a hesitation of the engine turning off and then on again, which can be most disturbing and creating anxiety, but that's me. Maybe other drivers have different experiences, otherwise I love the car.

      It does seem to be a Peugeot quirk. That little extra moment waiting for the engine to switch back on and accelerate can be a real problem at roundabouts. Other brands seem to be able to switch on faster. Thanks for watching!

      Picked up my 3008GT HDi (2.0diesel) today. learnt how to deactivate as you explained. I will just make it part of my starting procedure.

    Are you informed that you drive a fake car? Everyone knows original goes with steering on left side. So everything you say may be misleading and wrong.

      haha. I suppose next you're going to tell me Australia isn't a real place either???

      Are you aware people drive on different sides in different countries. Think you should educate yourself

    • @aivarasnekrosius
      @aivarasnekrosius 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@peggymitchell8861 the correct question should be if there is a need for countries that drive opposite side and not that of one person knowledge about countries list with drive sides. There is also top and bottom sides, but we do not have knowledge about countries that drive them.
      Also all the engineering and testing is done on left (a.k.a. correct) sided variant.
      I see also that joke did not find you. It's not that bad, time is a great healer.

      Oh sorry, this was Austrian video. Yeah, the world knows two countries that drive bottom side - it is Austria and the Zealanders. Have a great day down there.
