Is there an affordable downtown feel like apartments that’s in a safe area I’m moving from Texas
Downtown is not affordable from what I looked at now all of those were over 1500$ for a one bedroom maybe two, but since then prices have went up with complexes being bought and upgraded

☹️There's nothing in Germantown for that price. It's gotten higher in the past 3yrs. Anything nice is over $1k.

Do you know any good apartments in Cordova price range from 1200?
The Reserve is pretty nice and near a lot of eatery and shopping options ☺️☺️ also there are some near Trinity lake that are decent, a lot of apartments are under new management and being renovated so I would double check pricing or Move FAST …. The market is getting terrible ! 😒

Hey love I just moved to Memphis looking for a 2BR in a nice area. Price range $900 and below. Do you have any recommendations?
For that price I would say try trinity lakes or somewhere near Macon road but those aren’t that nice

Different prices, I use apartments.com to see pricing and availabilities…. Theses 1 bedroom apartments started at $975 and up, located in the downtown area of Memphis
Nice, but not really luxury. Especially with that white refrigerator
Exactly my dilemma, I need stainless steel or just a nice kitchen in general that’s why I’m still on the hunt🙄 kitchens and bathrooms are so important to me and my space.
@@KaylaLMorrow me too!!! If I’m paying for luxury I need a nice view, hardwood floors, stainless steel & a separate shower & tub. Try the Landings downtown if that’s not too far.
