I was just saying that this whole song uses his original poem. Not one word more and not one word less. Aska sang it in Everlasting classic season 5 episode 6 a few months ago. 2022.09.10. Ayanga and Sa Ding Ding sang “A Songstress’s Charm in Mid Autumn” in CCTV Moon Festival Gala. The lyrics is a poem of the same name by Song Dynasty poet Su Shi. It tells the thinking and imagination of the poet during Moon (Mid Autumn) festival while looking at the moon and imagine the fairies living on the moon palace. Alone far from home (not with family during the festival), the poet invites the moon and his own shadow to drink and dance with him to celebrate.

I want to isolate both of their voices. Both sound beautiful, but it's like they are singing 2 very different songs given their styles. It has a charm to it, but it isnt the best blending. Do I still listen and like it? Heavens yes, but it's so jarring when they sing together. Maybe im missing something though...quite possible.
