That's really not uncommon. We sometimes have to leave a dryer or brush apart for a few days while waiting for the motor to be rebuilt or parts to arrive. Usually we try to take the whole thing down,(less noticeable ) but every now and then that's not feasible so all day we get " you guys know one of the dryers/brushes isn't working?"Yes, we know. No, you don't get a refund because you noticed. BTW, this is not my wash. Just explaining industry practice.

That is an AWESOME Car Wash! So rare to find Car Washes with working Airstream Dryers.
