I feel like Ashe and Sivir should have exceptions to some of the mechanics in the game. Ashe passive should slow even at a reduced rate during "Can't be slowed", and Sivir bonus attack speed shouldn't be reduced by item passives or something. Give their kits some legit value in this era of crazy complexity creep.
Ashe will always be relevant due to her utility, however I don't think the changes are going to be good for her.. Too early to tell though, we'll see how it goes!
