Hello sir I want to share my observation on SDT (Saturn dominated time) i have observed so many incidents on this. Recent one is demonetization(its such a huge step,it has shaken whole nation)it was announced on 8th november and was ashtami as well. I have seen on wikipedia that our pm's bday is on 17th sep 1950 , on that particular day the moon sign is vrischika and anuradha nakshatra so itz pretty obvious that hez under going 2nd phase of sade sati.1 more important info is hez sworn in as PM on 26th may(again clashed with SDT) my question is in such saturn's phase can a person get such kinda honour(i mean ruling the Nation)??? I would like to add 1 more thing as well , As u said saturn's letters are P & F so here its prime minister i dont know to what extent my observation is apt .

It does not strengthen Venus, it weakens the affliction (heat of the Sun) indicated by the SUN.
