I'm a former pro mountain bike mechanic, I worked on an independent MountainCycle team, one of my favorite tools (which I still use to this day) is the Efficient Velo Tools Poker Ace which is just a fancy poker. Back in the 00's we had all kinds of silly tricks like spraying Pam on clipless pedals so they would shed mud faster or soaking brake and shift cables in silicone. So much of the tech is so good now you don't have to do half of those things to get bikes to perform phenomenally.
Like KNIPEX, there is no other, they have an exclusive patent from the factory located in Germany. German technology. They make amazing tools for electricians, plumbers and engineers. Some companies have taken them with a bond, such as WURTH ...
