I'm sure I remember this track? Really cool plugin though definitely has a lot of potential. A launch price would have been welcome here as I think the price is maybe a little steep for my budget (just my opinion) but it's still within the realms of reasonably priced for a plugin given how expensive some can be.
There was a launch price a while ago, but it only lasted one week. During that week I downloaded the demo twice but couldn't warm up to it. What it produces is just like what Chris is showing in the video, but in my trials it had little musical relation to the input sound. What I was getting was these little chaotic glitches over a sequenced pattern, I found the affect actually unpleasant to listen to. Chris has a golden touch and could coax beautiful ambient pads of a pair of rubber ducks, but me, no matter how I tweaked the settings, I didn't like the results. The only non-annoying way to use it was 100% wet and through a huge reverb, but any granular FX can do that much.

Brilliant analogy though but I'll go one better, Chris could take a wet fart and make it sound like the most beautiful thing you've ever heard. I think a lot of it probably has to do with his workflow and the ease with which he can get things going he just makes rocket science look like learning the alphabet.

I have a simple test for plugins, if in half a year after release producers on streams use a plugin in work then it is really useful 😀
