I’m glad “The Bear” is finally getting its recognition. The first season didn’t make a ton of noise, in a broad way. But those of us who’ve worked in kitchens knew it was special. The cast, crew and writers are absolutely incredible.

I reckon that would be funny as balls. The chemistry would be there... Matty the loud one, Brad the passionate but mischievious one and, yours truly, the calm collected one. MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
That whole episode was boring and just hard to get through.For one I had no clue who those people were never heard of them before and then the whole episode that dude with the glasses just acted like a fan girl and got so drunk.He ended up taking a shirt off at the end of the episode It's like congrats you have abs so does half the world😅
That beef is so tough. lol. 30 mins on slow cook setting is not enough. It’s not enough on pressure cook, it takes 15 mins to come to pressure. Even if it was on the pressure setting that cut takes hours. There was no steam released from the valve because it’s on the wrong setting. It’s literally just par boil chuck roast with boxed stock that wasn’t seasoned or reduced into a sauce.
58:50 when Bert takes the beef out the instapot and Matty immediately looks over at Coco and says "ehh, a couple more minutes" had me dying xD
