@andyescapes 😂 it's worth it for the shots! I've just been getting into FPV the last couple months and got my Nazgul Evoque V2 last week, such a good drone! Just sending it out here in the Aussie outback 😂 Your vids on the drones helped me pick which to go for. Thanks mate!
I have the same setup but I get jello/shutter issue. What are your ZV-E10 settings? I even have the iflight mount. I have a Canon RP and it’s much heavier so less flying time, but no jello. But…I can’t figure out how to stabilize it well in Gyroflow using the gyro data from a mounted GoPro or insta360 R. Help! 😊
With zv-e10 footage it seems to be out of focus. You have to use manual focus and set it to infinity and tape it, so it does not change when motors vibrate. Also you might want to use something like like f4-8 to get image look little sharper. Sony seems always under exposure so you might also want to put it +0.3 when you are using multi meter auto expo.
Hey, do you use the Standart 7 inch iflight Tune on while flying the ZV E1 on the Chimera or did you change something ?

You were flying the Chimera7 Pro V2 6S HD right? Can you show your mount? And how you fixed it to the drone? Your IBIS was turned off right? See the ZV E1 flying is such a step forward and seeing that Gyroflow makes it work! Keep it uuuup 😜
Man, keep at it. I think the original at the white building is great. Yeah the SPOT, but I overlooked it. I was concentrating more on the flying and that was pretty cool.

Zv E10 main issue is rolling shutter, that’s what is causing the vibrations. And the soft image is just that it’s out of focus.

You could try mounting a smaller body like the sigma fs, expensive but might be worth the full frame sensor.

It still freaks out when you do split S though, you have to find a way to lock the sensor in place. I talked to a expert in b&h last Monday - no help :/
try using the zv e10 with all stabilization off and then put it trough catalyst browse it makes ur footage look like it come from a gimbal just make sure to use a high shutterspeed tho

Much better but both the Sony ZV's don't look as good as the nicely graded GoPro Hero11, in terms of Colour Space and Sharpness.
I'm watching your videos closely as I'm toying with trying my own mirrorless DSLR on my Chimera 7 with the ZV-E10 Mount.
i definitely disagree, the colour space is definitely untrue lol maybe i just have gold luts 😂 i could easily crank the sharpness of the zve1 up higher but that’s not very cinematic imo
I've just started getting into FPV and was going to mention this about sharpness.
Maybe it's a fpv pilot thing because they always look at action cam footage which is notorious for having sharpness set to max.
Most people that film do the opposite because sharpness makes footage look super digital, with a lot of filmmakers also opting for lens filters like Andy mentioned to smooth out highlight roll-off and make it closer to a film look.
A lot is subjective though, action stuff you probably want it sharp to see details when you slow stuff down where as landscape stuff like this I think benefits going for a cinematic look
@@andyescapes it's not a criticism of you, it's a definite quality contrast in looks between the two camera systems.
I'm a veteran broadcast industry cameraman (+33 years) with a Sports Emmy Certificate so I think I speak from experience.
Regarding equating Sharpness with Cinematic Quality-would you have been happy watching Marvel's "Avengers: End Game" in a 4K IMAX Digital movie theatre if the the sharpness of the images on the screen were not pin sharp?
Just because an image is sharp doesn't mean it's not Cinematic and vice versa with the reverse.
I don't seem to have a problem getting Cinematic images from my GoPro Hero 11 Mini when I shoot FPV:
