You start gaining or having issues around 27-29. I've seen it with friends including even with myself. So I walk, changed my diet, etc at minimum always.

I appreciate that she remains true to her natural looking body. She’s not a tall woman, any time her weight will fluctuate it will be in a different area of her body.
