A crispy, crunchy and flavourful paneer starter!

  • Ingredients
    Paneer - 1 packet
    Green chillies (chopped) - 1
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 pinch
    Curry leaves ( chopped) - 1 pinch
    Lemon - 1 tsp
    Corn flour- 2.5 tbsp
    Rice flour - 2.5 tbsp
    Gram flour - 2 tbsp
    Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
    Salt - to taste
    Curd - 1 cup
    Method
    Mix the green chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves and lemon juice.
    Mix all the rest of the ingredients with the curd and make a paste.
    Add required amount of water to get the right consistency.
    Dip the paneer in this batter and deep fry until golden fry.
    Serve hot.
