I lived in Danbury from 1942 to 1951. There is still some little bit that hasn't changed. My father hauled lumber from Matz Lumber on White Street for the homes just being built along the Candlewood Lake shoreline.

where is that castle at?
On top of the mountain across the street (Brushy Hill Rd) from the Tate Haute Mansion. It was demolished a few years ago.
