    I've had one of those for many years now. Awesome tool. Love ya vids. Don't ever let the pole become vertical, and if u use it daily, I suggest moving it backwards and forwards as opposed to side to side. Its just easier on the body. Ya back ends up way less sore if u use it everyday. Nice work!!!

      spyder73gong Thanks bro I like the way you think I have started going backwards and forwards for awhile it’s a lot easier on me and the machine 👌👍

    The thing I like about you is your cheerful disposition. Even while working in one of the most physically demanding professions out there. As a general rule we have to use a air entrained mix in my climate. So we can’t use steel trowels because it will close off the top and cause flaking when the air tries to escape. Are you guys using a no-air mix? If so, what are your coldest temperatures in your part of the down under?

      I'm with ya Shawn, the only time a power towel comes out on exterior flatwork is when your losing it and need to bring up a little cream to broom. By the time u run a trowel several times , I've broomed and on to next job. But that's upper midwest in America

    Thank you for the video Concrete Ninja! Good job!
    Question: do you guys spray a sealer on your Exterior concrete?
    Our exterior mud has liquid air entrainment for our cold weather and you have to broom it pretty quick. With the air entrainment you can’t do a harder finish and a light broom very well.
    Great Video!!!

    • @concreteninja
      @concreteninja  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      HciContractor thanks bro thanks for watching and we do use a sealer sometimes some of the expose we do and we have a do stamp we will seal it .the normal concrete for the houses sometimes . Video later on today I’m going to put up . We spray it at the end 👍

    What an awesome tool. Kennards Hire need to get onto these Master Finish stick trowels. Hey concrete Ninja...couple of questions. How do you judge when to hit the concrete with the helicopter? What is too wet? How long do you wait between hits on a job this size? Love your work!

    • @concreteninja
      @concreteninja  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Scott Duncan when you can stand on the concrete and not sink in you can put your helicopter on and start finishing it in between hits you can wait five minutes you can wait half an hour depends on the weather just keep checking every five minutes to make sure when it changes hit it again 👌

    They’re mad, we have 2 of them. Be careful if you lift the pole up vertical, it stretches the throttle cable and revs the machine up, goes crazy.

    What kind of pattern is that you are running????? Also, those are float shoes. Not combo blades. How do you fill holes in the floor like this?? The light weight of that thing you were boosting about will come back to bite you in the ass the first time you get behind also.

  • @Scubasteve22
