I really liked the STV since it fits in a Cutty Red which makes it nice for approaching hostile bunkers for rescue missions. Now it also works as an alternate to the PTV for puttering around in a larger hangar.
On the "hull hp". Remember, those numbers represent the survivability as a whole right now. And it based on a fixed external force, not who would win in chicken. To get a better idea of why they likely went with these numbers, look at the stats on NTSB's vehicle safety ratings. You might be surprised to see that really small vehicles rate higher than a lot of much larger vehicles. This is primarily down to mass. Much less inertia to overcome to shift its direction of movement. Therefore, less energy needing to be absorbed by the structure of the vehicle.
I love my STeVe. It's almost completely replaced my Cyclone and Ursa Fortuna. It's one of my favourite vehicles in the game. I've had a PTV since it first launched for driving around my Hangar back in the day. Wish I'd bought the skins. I'll definitely be getting a UTV when that's out. I love the whole line.
I got mine in game, and I use mine for bunker missions. It fits in my C1 with space left over for some cargo to make a little more profit when returning from the bunker missions. I haven't used it in 3.24 yet, but I can see it coming handy for getting around the hanger faster.
The STV is honestly my favorite ground vehicle. It fits in nearly everything, it's quick and it's a hell of a lot of fun to drive. Driving the score down for the real money price is valid. Bought in game? 10/10 easy.
good old Steve, I think it should have an option for 1 SCU of cargo as well. I could even see it being modular where you can take the extra seat out for SCU storage.
Only reason to pick a STV over the Cyclone is if you don't have a large enough ship to transport a Cyclone. A base Cyclone can fit a 1 SCU box in the bed although it doesn't snap in.
Since cargo is all physical now, maybe this will end up getting an update to be able to carry that 1 scu where you mentioned. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
The cyclone is significantly bigger but if you have larger ships that wont matter. It only matters when you get down to smaller ships. The Cutter fits an STV easy but not a cyclone at all.
On Celebrity death match, in this corner we have a rolling disaster that leaves destruction and plagues upon TH-cam influencers and in the other corner STV.
The perfect utility vehicle to improve our mobility in the XL hangar
The Verse’s golf car, I love it
Man, with all the ground vehicle reviews, you're on a roll!
Thank you, I'll see myself out...😅
Stay! We love these!
This is my beloved ground vehicle.

I like my little jeep but definitely an ingame purchase
I never recognized either of these vehicles as useful. Thanks for the review!
I use it to go around the XL hangar and as mobile gun rack and storage, very handy and looks much better than PTV.
I prefer the stv over the ptv due to the gun racks, I can't wait to see if the PU gets the utv though. That would be ny top top choice.
my favourite ground vehicule

got one as a referral, and love it :)

I have found the greycat stv is perfect for my extra large hangar. Just keep two on both ends.
also bought mine in game. as they are dirt cheap.
Fantastic video! Your creativity and dedication shine through. Keep up the amazing work; your content just keeps getting better and better every time!
I agree with you about the price. I like the STV but I would only buy it in-game.

That looks like a fun little vehicle - I'd prefer if that spare tyre was an SCU cargo spot.

honestly didn't know there was a PTV AND STV... never looked or listened and thought they were the same thing lol
Honestly the STV makes me want the UTV, which is the one they said could carry actual cargo. GImme my pickup truck!
Thats the one I really want!
Keep up the awesome work!
I love my Barbie space Jeep but still I agree with the score😂
Nice little vehicle to cruise the xl hangar
STV is fun, bought it in game though.
For info: the extra weel works? Plus what advantage I have to choose a STV instead a Cyclone ?

This thing killed me first time I hopped in the front seat. 😂
Fan of the Steve but I have not been able to open the back to put packages in for awhile now😢

These are awesome!
I'm surprised how handy the STV has been. It does need to get rid of the spare tire for a 1SCU grid.
Mostly used as xl hangar buggy now
It would be great if they made a trailer for the STV and Cyclone. Able to carry 1anand2 SCU respectively, with a cargo plate.
Or even a pickup truck version of each..
I agree it’s like a space golf cart lol😂
Just enough truck space for a couple of beers
Good one❤
So I don't even know this existed until I hopped on and found it in my line up...I didn't buy it or anything... but it's pretty fun
The best racing vehicle's big brother!
still the MVP for me
Referral STV in my hangar... to upgrade, or not to upgrade.
Always the PTV for me
Have one, but never use it. The weapons rack is a nice plus.
Ohh nice video❤
pretty good one to have)
The STV is nice and all, but at that size I'm more into the Cyclone.
The cyclone is significantly bigger but if you have larger ships that wont matter. It only matters when you get down to smaller ships. The Cutter fits an STV easy but not a cyclone at all.
Ah yes, but is it enough hull to survive hitting an immovable, indestructible tree?
On Celebrity death match, in this corner we have a rolling disaster that leaves destruction and plagues upon TH-cam influencers and in the other corner STV.
In my experience STV can’t drive up a ramp without risk of blowing up the ship. I wasn’t even driving fast and have done it twice.
Does backing in work? I normally back my vehicles in so maybe thats why it worked for me!
@@billionaireninjas In my experience you just have to go very very slow at an angle.
The STV should not cost that much in the pledge store haha
This does look better than ptv, but still...
Nice cat😂
I will never be caught cheating on my PTV....
I feel like they forgot about the UTV
Nope not purchaseable. It's a non-concept vehicle.
@@billionaireninjas not you, CIG lol. You did a great job on covering everything they released.
Oh! Lol I think we'll get it before 1.0!
Bloody death trap
Is it fun? Yeah. Is it remotely worth pledging, absolutely not. No way.
This vehicle is a waste of time and money
One man's waste is another man's... Wait..
